SEP Test
Student Education Program Test
Congratulations!
If you are reading this, you have successfully fabricated an Alpha Cradle form at your teaching facility and you have gone through our online student education program course. The last part of the program consists of this multiple choice test that will review the material you have covered and ask questions about the procedure you experienced making an Alpha Cradle form. Upon receiving a 93% or higher grade on the test, you, or your instructor will be issued a certificate of completion. If you do not receive 93% or higher, you may retake the test as needed, after reviewing the questions you marked incorrectly. Our goal is to create an awareness of all the components of successfully using immobilization and repositioning devices on your cancer patient. If you have any questions or comments after completing this program, please direct them to the president of Smithers Medical Products, Inc., Jeffrey Kostich, via email: help@alphacradle.com Start %%RATING%%You scored %%SCORE%% out of %%TOTAL%%
