HSFA foam is used with the Head & Shoulder Forms (HS1/HS2/HS3), Breast Forms (BF1/BF2s/BF4s), and Pelvic Forms (PF). ATFA is used with Thorax Forms (AT2/AT3), and our Head Forms (HF). The ATFA is smaller than the HSFA.
