The BF4E allows you to immobilize your breast patient with the arm of the involved side raised up 45 degrees, and the uninvolved side down 45 degrees. The device begins above the patient’s head and features a forearm cutout to support the raised arm with comfortable foam. This extremely durable form immobilizes the entire patient down to the mid-calf region of their legs, for superior patient repositioning. Positioning lasers can be indexed on the devices . For best results, use with the Bravelle. A 15 degree wedge is also available with the device.
